Keep in mind that the blueberry lemon syrup will thicken when chilled so rewarm as necessary for serving."
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup water
- 1/3 Cup lemon juice
- 1 Tsp. grated lemon zest
- 2 packages (6 ounces or 1 1/4 cups each) Driscoll's Blueberries

Bring blueberries, sugar, water, lemon juice and zest to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to medium low and simmer 20 minutes. Strain and let cool.
