A colorful mixed berry salad in the spirit of picosita candy—the perfect blend of sweet, tangy, and spicy all in one delicious bite! A bit of diced jicama adds a snappy crunch. Spice it the way you like it by adjusting the Tajín seasoning in the final step. You’ll have enough dressing for several salads. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, and bring it to room temperature before using.
