Description
Katie Workman, author of The Mom 100 Cookbook, developed these deliciously decadent treats by filling wonton wrappers, baked to form little cups, with rich, creamy Nutella® and almond butter and then topping them with sweet fresh berries. These berry wonton cups are perfect for an after-school snack or a delicious dessert.
- 4 Tablespoons almond butter
- 4 Tablespoons Nutella®
- 1 1/2 Cups assorted Driscoll's Berries, such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, or sliced strawberries
- 12 round wonton wrappers
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
-
Line each of 12 muffin tins with wonton wrappers, pressing against the sides to form a cup.
-
Bake wonton wrappers 10 to 12 minutes or, until golden brown and firm. Remove wonton cups from the pan and let cool on a plate.
-
Fill bottoms of each wonton cup with one teaspoon almond butter and one teaspoon of Nutella®, using the back of a spoon to distribute it evenly. Fill the cups to the top with berries.
-
Note: Wonton wrappers are available in the produce sections of most supermarkets, as well as Asian markets.
