This smoothie is a perfect balance of delicious blueberries and healthy spinach. Jam packed with omega-3, antioxidants, and essential vitamins, this smoothie can help you power through your day. Freeze a banana ahead of time so it’s ready to go!
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1 - 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Packages (6 ounces each) Driscoll's Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup packed baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1 Cup ice

PLACE 1/2 cup water into a blender.

ADD 1 tablespoon honey.

ADD 2 packages (6 ounces each) Driscoll's Blueberries.

BLEND on high until mixture swirls easily inside blender.

ADD 1/2 cup packed baby spinach leaves.

ADD 1/2 ripe avocado.

ADD 2 tablespoons chia seeds.

ADD 1 frozen banana.

BLEND on high until mixture swirls easily inside blender.

ADD 1 cup ice.

BLEND on high until desired consistency.

TASTE and ADD up to 1/2 tablespoon more honey if desired.
