- 1 Cup water
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 1 Package (16 ounces) Driscoll's Strawberries
- 1/4 Cup fresh lime juice
- 3 Tablespoons tequila
- 2 Tablespoons orange liqueur
- 1/4 Tsp. coarse salt

Bring water and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat to low and simmer until sugar is dissolved. Cool completely.

Puree strawberries in blender. Strain through fine mesh sieve (you should have 1 1/2 cups puree). Combine strawberry puree with sugar syrup, lime juice, tequila and orange liqueur. Pour into popsicle molds. Let freeze 2 hours. Sprinkle base of popsicles with salt. Insert popsicle sticks if frozen enough. Let freeze at least 12 hours longer or overnight until solid.
