Baked Brie with Honeyed Mixed Berries and Pistachios

Elevate your appetizer game with this baked Brie featuring a luscious blend of melted cheese, honey-kissed berries, and crunchy pistachios. A delightful combination that's elegant and irresistibly delicious. To help the cheese keep its shape, be sure it’s chilled until baking.

Ingredients

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1 wheel (13.3 ounces) ripe Brie, chilled

1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Raspberries

1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blackberries

1/2 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped

Water crackers or toasted baguette slices


Directions

PREHEAT oven to 350°F.

POUR 1/4 cup honey into a small saucepan or skillet.

ADD 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar.

ADD 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary.

SET ASIDE honey mixture.

REMOVE 1 wheel Brie from packaging. Do not discard box.

SLICE OFF and DISCARD top rind of Brie (optional).

PLACE Brie back into box and PLACE box onto baking sheet.

BAKE just until warm and top is softened, 5 – 10 minutes. Do not overcook.

TRANSFER Brie carefully to a serving platter and SET ASIDE.

HEAT honey mixture over medium just until warm, about 3 minutes. Do not overcook.

ADD ADD 1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blackberries.

ADD 1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Raspberries.

ADD 1/2 cup chopped pistachios.

FOLD gently to combine ingredients.

POUR berry mixture over warm Brie.

SERVE immediately with water crackers or toasted baguette slices.
