• 1/4 Cup almond milk
  • 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 Cup spinach leaves, tightly packed
  • 1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Blueberries
  • 4 dates, chopped and pitted
  • 2 Tablespoons agave syrup or honey, optional
  • 1/2 Tsp. chia seeds
  • additional blueberries for garnish
  • additional chia seeds for garnish
  • coconut flakes for garnish
  1. POUR 1/4 cup almond milk into a blender.
  2. ADD 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt.
  3. BLEND on high speed until mixture swirls easily inside blender.
  4. ADD 1/2 avocado and ADD 1 cup spinach leaves.
  5. BLEND on high speed until mixture swirls easily inside blender.
  6. ADD 1 package (6 ounces) blueberries and ADD 4 chopped dates.
  7. TASTE mixture.
  8. ADD additional almond milk for a thinner consistency if desired.
  9. ADD 2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey if desired.
  10. STIR in 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds.
  11. DIVIDE smoothie between 2 tumblers.
  12. GARNISH with additional blueberries, chia seeds, and coconut flakes.
  13. SERVE immediately.
