Description
This smoothie packs in nutrient rich blueberries, spinach, avocado, and chia seeds. And if that isn’t enough, it tastes terrific!
- 1/4 Cup almond milk
- 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 Cup spinach leaves, tightly packed
- 1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Blueberries
- 4 dates, chopped and pitted
- 2 Tablespoons agave syrup or honey, optional
- 1/2 Tsp. chia seeds
- additional blueberries for garnish
- additional chia seeds for garnish
- coconut flakes for garnish

POUR 1/4 cup almond milk into a blender.

ADD 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt.

BLEND on high speed until mixture swirls easily inside blender.

ADD 1/2 avocado and ADD 1 cup spinach leaves.

BLEND on high speed until mixture swirls easily inside blender.

ADD 1 package (6 ounces) blueberries and ADD 4 chopped dates.

TASTE mixture.

ADD additional almond milk for a thinner consistency if desired.

ADD 2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey if desired.

STIR in 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds.

DIVIDE smoothie between 2 tumblers.

GARNISH with additional blueberries, chia seeds, and coconut flakes.

SERVE immediately.
