A delicious sangria with white wine, rum, and mixed berries! Easy to prepare and great for parties, the holidays, adult gatherings, and more!
Sour mix and ginger beer add a unique punch to this white wine mixed berry sangria recipe. Using the recipe as a guide, you can add whatever berries you like or have on hand. The recipe only makes one serving so you'll probably want to multiply it up to make a big batch.
- 3 Each Driscoll's Raspberries
- 5 Each Driscoll's Blueberries
- 1 Each Driscoll's Strawberry, halved plus more for garnish
- 1 1/2 Ounces rum, Zaya
- 1/2 Oz. sour mix
- 1 Oz. ginger beer
- 4 Ounces fruity white wine, such as Vouvray or Riesling
- 1 slice orange
- 1 slice lemon
- Ice
- 1 mint sprig

Place berries, orange and lemon slices, rum, sour mix, ginger beer and wine in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake until well chilled. Pour shaker contents into a tall Collins-style glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint and additional berries.
