Ingredients
1 medium beet
1/4 of lemon, peeled
1/2 piece of fresh ginger, peeled
2 Cups kale, chopped
1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blueberries

CUT leafy tops off 1 medium beet and SCRUB clean and do not remove peel.

CUT beet in quarters and PLACE into juicer hopper.

ADD 1/4 of 1 peeled lemon.

ADD 1/2 inch piece of peeled fresh ginger.

ADD 2 cups chopped kale.

ADD 1 package (6 ounces) blueberries.

JUICE ingredients into a tall drinking glass.
