2 (16 oz) glasses
Ingredients
1/4 Cup mint leaves
1 1/4 Cups frozen pineapple
1 1/2 Cups orange juice
1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blueberries
1 Cup curly kale
Optional Boosters
1 Tsp. minced ginger
1/4 Cup frozen raw cauliflower
1 Tbsp. flax oil
1 Tsp. chia seeds

BLEND mint, orange juice, blueberries, kale, and any boosters in a blender until mixture swirls easily.

ADD frozen pineapple and blend again until smooth and creamy.

DRINK immediately.

TIPS AND TRICKS: You can store your smoothie in a glass jar the fridge for up to a few hours. If the smoothie thickens, just shake it to bring back to a smooth texture.
